Placing Order:

50% down payment due upon placing order. (If your down payment is not received by Feb 15th, your order will be canceled)

All Onion and Leek orders must be placed by Febuary 1st, to ensure proper sowing time. Onions and Leeks come in a 128 or 288 trays, please specify.

We will take Custom Plug Orders until March 1st (or until the greenhouse is full)

We do not sell partial/half trays. We do not mix seeds.

Please fill out the order form completely with all your customer information, size trays, number of trays wanted, and date you would like to pick-up.

SEEDS:

Label each kind of seed and the quantity that you would like. (Example: 10 trays of Tomato A, 5 trays of Tomato B, 3 trays of Pepper A)

Label your name on your seed packets

Provide CLEAN seed free of debris, no older than 1 year or from a reliable seed source. We reserve the right to refuse seeds. Be sure to provide ample seed to insure accurate seeding of your trays. The more seed the more accurate it will be seeded.

Leftover seed can be picked up anytime after we have seeded your trays. If not picked up by June 15th it becomes property of Green Earth.

Please note the germination percentage on your seed packets. If the percentage is low we recommend you provide extra seed.

PICK-UP:

Plants MUST be picked-up within 7 days of the pick-up date or a holding fee of $1 per tray a week will apply (our greenhouse gets crowded)

You need to schedule an appointment time to pick-up your plants (the pick-up date on your order is an estimate not actual) PLEASE be sure to call to schedule a time. Each order needs its own pick-up time. Our appointments fill up fast so schedule early for the best times!

REFUNDS:

Please double check your order once you receive your confirmation to ensure that everything is correct. You will be responsible for all trays on your order.

We will refund your 50% if you cancel your order 2 weeks prior to it be seeded. No refunds will be issued after the trays have been seeded.

LIABILITY:

Green Earth will provide healthy transplants. Once plants have left our greenhouses we are not responsible for them and can not be liable for their care. If you have any issues with your transplants it needs to be addressed before you leave with your plants.
